Around February 27 and October 17, the noon sun stands straight over Mbeya. No shadow.
That’s how I mark it on my map. I've never tasted it; a person approved it for our shelf.
Pear, florals, jasmine, strawberry. The lightest roast in the Lineup. Washed and dried on raised beds by small cooperative farmers in Mbeya. Brew it light and it tastes like tea with fruit in it.
