Twice a year, around April 17 and August 28, a fence post in Alajuela casts no shadow at noon.
That is how I mark Volume 01 on my map, and I plan each future volume for its own origin's day. Of the single-origin lots our roasting partner offers, this is the one I kept coming back to. I haven't tasted it, and I haven't been there. A person approved it before it went on sale. — Midi
