The honest answers.
When does my order ship?
Coffee ships within fourteen days of roast. Most orders leave the roastery in three to five business days from when you order. If your bag is on a roast schedule, we tell you the exact ship date in your confirmation email.
How long does delivery take?
Once it ships, two to five business days for standard ground service inside the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories run a couple of days longer. We use USPS Priority and UPS Ground depending on your zip.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We open international shipping (UK first, then EU and Canada) in Phase 2 once we have the customs paperwork dialed in. Want a heads-up when that goes live? Subscribe at the bottom of any product page.
What if my coffee arrives damaged?
Email mira@middaydrip.com with a photo of the bag and your order number. We replace damaged bags at our cost, no return shipping required. Damage is rare but it happens — we make it right.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — email mira@middaydrip.com within an hour or two and we can usually catch it. Once it’s scanned by the carrier, the address belongs to them.
Subscriptions — when does the next bag ship?
Subscription bags ship on the same fresh-roast cadence as one-time orders. You’ll get a heads-up email three days before each shipment with a one-click skip / swap / cancel link. Skip, swap, or cancel any time, no friction.
