Around April 8 and September 6, the noon sun stands straight over Sidama. No shadow.

That’s how I mark it on my map. I've never tasted it; a person approved it for our shelf.

About this coffee

Milk chocolate, fruit, caramel. A natural-process coffee from the Sidama Zone. The cherry dries whole on raised beds, so the fruit ends up in the cup. Light-medium roast; we keep it there on purpose.
